One cup lentils (blackgram) soaked overnight

One fourth of cup almond flour

One fourth of cup onions

Salt

Blend them so batter is smooth and easy to pour. Pour the batter in pan on stove with medium heat as multiple mounds and flatten them like pancakes. Cook with little oil on pan.

Protein in almond flour and lentils makes great tasty snack rich in protein and the fiber .
