  3. Romaine Lettuce Leaves
  4. fresh shredded onions(optional)
  5. Salad dressing of your choice
  6. 2 tbsp. Oil

Recipe Below:

  1. Shred the cabbage so you have 2 cups .
  2. sauté The cabbage with  Oil and salt
  3. Warm Edamame(1 -1/2 cup) in microwave for thirty secs(This is your protein source)

Load up above all above on top of romaine lettuce leaf and pour desired salad dressing .
