Growing Eggplant

Eggplants in Florida zoning are easy to grow but getting lot of eggplants out of the plant is a challenge. I have started with two plants but one died.so I was so careful in taking care of this last plant with good compost and fertilizer. Hmm Lot of flowers but no eggplants on the plant.
